Chef Ibrahim Ozdemir

Ibrahim has been in the restaurant industry for over 40 years.  He was trained in one of the biggest hotels in Istanbul, where he began as the bread baker. He enjoys being able to serve the public at Uskudar Turkish Restaurant where delicious and authentic Turkish food is the driving force of the business. Ibrahim hopes to provide you such a positive experience you’ll remember to return to Uskudar when you’re in need of a great meal.
